- Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Membership validity is fixed as per the selected plan.

- Handle equipment responsibly - avoid dropping weights unnecessarily.
- Re-rack weights after use.
- Maintain hygiene and use a towel during workouts.
- All members are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive environment. Any form of inappropriate behaviour, harassment or disturbance towards fellow members will not be tolerated.
- Misconduct may lead to immediate termination of membership without any refund.
- Photography/ Videography should not disturb others. Taking videos/ photos of other members without consent is strictly prohibited.
- Inappropriate familiarity or behaviour with coaches/ staff is not acceptable.
- Members must disclose any medical condition before training.
- Athletiq is not responsible for injuries due to improper usage of equipment.
